Great location near shopping mall and train station. Outstanding staff who go above and beyond with complimentary upgrades, wine, strawberries, and personalized card. Convenient for both city and Blue Mountains trips.

We had a mix-up with our accommodation but the hotel provided us with a solution and compensated us with a dining credit and a bottle of wine. The room was comfortable and had a separate bedroom. The bed was very comfy. The hotel is conveniently located close to train, bus, Westfield shopping center, and the venue Acer Arena. The staff, especially Leanne at the front desk, was friendly and helpful.

We loved the location of this place as it was close to everything we needed. The services provided were great, we had access to room service, laundry, car hire and more. The room amenities were top-notch including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The staff was exceptional and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The swimming pool area was a great place to relax and the spa facilities were amazing. The business centre was also convenient.
We had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend it to our family.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is close to the train station, making it easy to get around the city. It is also convenient to have the Westfield Shopping Centre within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and public transport options nearby as well.
One negative aspect is that there may be a shortage of parking spaces.
